What we are about
A mobile food unit with an eye for original and healthy twists on standard egg-fare. Omelette’s are stuffed with feta cheese and strawberries, camembert and cherry jam. Ever tried blueberry custard? Eggonomics also works alongside the Big Issue Foundation, serving breakfasts to the vendors before they start their shifts.

Eggonomics is run by Ben Aitken, who even lays the eggs if he has time.

Why we started
To have fun and to help widen the remit for future mobile vendors: NO MORE CRAP BURGERS.
