What we are about
Spreading fun and pleasure via the magnificent means of chocolate. Choc does something very powerful to people and it’s all good! Nothing but smiles at the choc-mobile as we dart from party to festival to food market to wedding to office. Good, tasty, new-classic chocolate treats for on-the-go or to take home – ice cream, milkshakes, hot chocolates, brownie fudge sundaes, darkest truffles, choc martini shots, frozen choc-dipped bananas…. and anything else that we can spin from the van. Choc Star is for hire for any event that needs a bit of fun and MMMmmm factor.

What we do
Drive around Britain serving up chocolate treats for all weather

Who we are
Choc Star is run by Petra Barran – shaker, baker and freewheeling adventurer

Why we started
So that I could combine my three great loves – chocolate, travel and peop

Richard Johnson drops in. Here’s a little vid that I shot with British street food champion Richard Johnson a while ago. Food journalist, Johnson, set up the Awards last year and has been visiting traders across the land to better get to know this world of flogging good food on the street. If you have a favourite trader who [...]
