Becoming key figures in the driving force of the new wave of excellent, outdoor eating in Britain. The more of us there are the more headway we'll be able to make in creating and increasing opportunities for selling food at street level.

Affecting change in the negative public opinion on "grease wagons" and "roach coaches". That was then - this is now.
